Terms of service (public offer)

Placing an order and paying for services means full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the Customer with software and technical infrastructure (the fbpix.host web panel and the Telegram bot @Fbpixbot, hereinafter the Service): hosting, domains, landing pages and a tracking system for redirecting traffic from the Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok Ads advertising systems to the Customer's Telegram channel, group, chat or bot, and to WhatsApp (a personal chat or a group).

2. Scope of services

Within the Service the following may be available to the Customer:

• a landing page builder and editor (templates, visual and code editors, uploading own templates), publishing a landing page via a short link on a shared Service domain or on the Customer's own domain;
• search, registration and connection of domains (DNS, Cloudflare, SSL certificate, HTTPS redirect);
• connecting Meta and TikTok pixels, sending events via the Meta Conversions API and the TikTok Events API, pixel duplication and manual conversion sending;
• tracking of visits, clicks, subscriptions, unsubscriptions and leads, statistics breakdown by tags (sub IDs), analytics by IP address, country and device;
• campaigns for Telegram channels (public and private with join requests), groups, chats and bots, connecting own bots and bot clones;
• WhatsApp funnels (personal chats, groups and combined Telegram + WhatsApp landing pages);
• a CRM for conversations with users, reply scenarios, auto-messages, message sequences, scheduled and mass broadcasts;
• connecting user Telegram accounts (userbot) to automate conversations;
• granting access to the workspace to other users (team), event notifications;
• paid plans (subscription) and balance top-ups via CryptoBot or by a USDT transfer (TRC20 network).

The set of features may be changed and extended by the Contractor without separate notice.

3. No control over content

The Contractor does not check or control:

• the content of advertising in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other advertising systems,
• the content of the Customer's landing pages, Telegram channels, groups, chats and bots, and WhatsApp chats and groups,
• messages, auto-messages and broadcasts sent by the Customer through the Service,
• goods or services sold by the Customer,
• the legality of the Customer's activities.

These matters are within the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

4. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the Contractor's infrastructure for:

• distributing information about drugs (including their manufacture, sale, storage, advertising and promotion of use), weapons (including ammunition, explosives and items structurally similar to weapons), pornography (including any sexual materials depicting real persons), escort services (meaning sexual services for remuneration, including organising, advertising or facilitating such services), violence (including calls for violence, justification of violence and showing its consequences), extremism (including promotion of terrorism and activities of banned organisations);
• manufacturing, storing, transporting or selling counterfeit money, securities, payment cards and other means of payment (counterfeiting), as well as distributing information on how to make or obtain them;
• financial pyramids, fraud, phishing, illegal collection or theft of data, as well as "grey" financial schemes (including promises of guaranteed returns, get-rich-quick schemes and pseudo-investment projects);
• illegal casinos, bookmakers, fake brokers, and any gambling and lotteries without an appropriate licence;
• distributing forged documents, diplomas, certificates, ID documents and other official documents, as well as counterfeit products;
• activities related to human trafficking, organising illegal migration or forced labour;
• spam, mass messaging without the recipients' consent, and circumventing the restrictions and rules of Telegram, WhatsApp, Meta and TikTok;
• any activity prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation or of the country where the Customer is located.

5. Customer's liability

The Customer bears sole and full criminal, administrative and civil liability for everything that happens after a user follows the Contractor's landing page to the Customer's Telegram channel, group, chat or bot, or to WhatsApp, and for all messages sent by the Customer through the Service.

The Customer is solely responsible for complying with the rules of the advertising systems (Meta, TikTok) and messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), including possible blocking of ad accounts, pixels, accounts, bots and phone numbers.

In the event of unlawful activity of the Customer, the Customer alone is liable. The Contractor acts as a technical contractor and is not an accomplice.

6. Pixels and user data

The Customer connects their own Meta and TikTok pixels and access tokens, as well as their own Telegram and WhatsApp accounts and bots, and is responsible for the lawfulness of processing user data (IP address, browser data, Telegram and WhatsApp identifiers, ad tags), including obtaining the necessary consents.

7. Domains

Domains are registered with the registrar for 1 year without automatic renewal, using the contact details provided by the Customer. The Customer must provide accurate details and confirm the email address at the registrar's request; otherwise the registrar may suspend the domain.

Payment for a domain registration is non-refundable once the registration has started. If the registration fails, the amount is credited to the Customer's balance in the bot.

8. Plans and payment

The trial plan gives a limited number of attempts to create a project; deleting a project does not return an attempt. Paid plans are valid for 30 days from payment and limit the number of projects that exist at the same time.

Payment is accepted via CryptoBot, by a USDT transfer in the TRC20 network to the Contractor's wallet, or from the balance in the bot. When paying by transfer, the Customer must send the exact amount shown in the invoice in the TRC20 network; funds sent in another network or to another address are not refunded.

9. Right to disconnect

The Contractor may disconnect the Customer's access at any time without giving reasons, in particular upon a complaint from a hosting provider, a domain registrar, an advertising system, a messenger or law enforcement authorities, or upon detecting a violation of clause 4 of this agreement.

Funds are not refunded.

10. Acceptance

Registering in the Service, using its features and paying for services constitute acceptance of this offer and confirm the Customer's agreement with all of the above terms.
